Hi, I’m Torie Zeise — founder of Queens of Clean and a lifelong lover of clean spaces, cozy details, and helping people feel truly at home.
Long before this business had a name, it started with a little girl in Gladstone, Michigan who loved preparing the house before guests arrived. While others were outside playing, I was fluffing pillows, wiping counters, and making sure everything felt just right. I’ve always believed the way a space feels can change everything — and that belief has never left me.
Before Queens of Clean, I explored different paths — from running an online boutique to working in life insurance. Each experience taught me how to connect with people, build something meaningful, and serve with both structure and heart.
After training in Madison, Wisconsin and refining professional cleaning systems, I returned home with a clear purpose: to create peaceful homes and help families feel more comfortable, supported, and at ease in their spaces.
For two incredible years, Queens of Clean proudly served Delta County, building meaningful relationships with the families who trusted us in their homes. That support shaped the foundation of everything we are today.

We will do our best to accommodate holiday rescheduling requests when possible; however, rescheduling cannot be guaranteed. If we are unable to accommodate a change, your cleaning will resume at your next scheduled rotational visit. While we strive for consistency, Queens of Clean cannot guarantee the same cleaner for every visit. All team members are trained to follow the same cleaning methods and company standards to ensure consistent, high-quality results regardless of who is assigned to your home.
Tipping is never expected but is always appreciated as a way to recognize the hard work and care our team puts into each cleaning session.
At Queens of Clean, we take pride in the transformations we create. From time to time, we may take before-and-after photos of your space to showcase the quality of our work.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Queens of Clean may capture and use non-identifiable images of your space to highlight our work.
If you would prefer that no photos be taken in your home, simply let us know in advance — we are always happy to respect your wishes.
For the best results, we kindly recommend that clients not be present during the cleaning whenever possible. Being in the home during service can unintentionally disrupt workflow and the training systems our team follows, which may require additional time to complete the cleaning.
Additionally, after floors are freshly mopped, they require time to properly dry. Remaining out of the home during service helps prevent footprints and allows the space to settle after being cleaned.
Clients are never required to leave their home; however, we appreciate the cooperation that allows our team to work efficiently and provide the highest quality service possible.
All cleaning sessions are scheduled by appointment.
Estimates are personalized based on the home and cleaning needs observed during the evaluation. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the home and the scope of work required during the cleaning session.
Queens of Clean does not publicly share hourly rates. The final invoice reflects the services performed during the appointment.
Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. Please provide any necessary gate codes, alarm instructions, garage codes, or key arrangements in advance.

To allow our team to work efficiently and without disruption, we recommend that the home be vacant during the cleaning whenever possible.
If our team arrives at the scheduled appointment and cannot enter the home due to lack of access, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at the discretion of Queens of Clean.
Lockouts or no-entry situations may be subject to a lockout fee to compensate for reserved scheduling time and travel.
For the safety of your home and belongings, clients are responsible for ensuring that all doors and entry points are properly secured prior to our arrival.
Queens of Clean is not responsible for homes left unlocked prior to our arrival or for any third party entering the property during the scheduled service window.
If you prefer not to leave your home unlocked, you may provide a key, garage code, entry code, or arrange for someone to allow our team inside before leaving the premises.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
We love pets—many become our honorary “cleaning helpers!” 🐾
Friendly pets are welcome to roam while we work. However, aggressive or overly anxious animals must be safely secured to ensure the safety of both the pet and our cleaning team.
Queens of Clean takes every precaution while cleaning. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are improperly installed, loose, or deteriorating over time.

Clients are responsible for securing fragile items and identifying problem areas prior to their scheduled cleaning.
Our services are limited to residential cleaning tasks agreed upon in your estimate.

Queens of Clean is fully insured for cleaning services. While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or unforeseen damages that may occur during service.
Client satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with an area that was cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.
Payment is due the same day services are completed in order to maintain upcoming appointments on the schedule.
